The short version

Files you open in the live viewer are processed entirely in your browser and never uploaded. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. On-device processing is the architecture of everything we build.

1. Data we process

Viewer files. Splat files you drop into or open in the live viewer are read and rendered locally in your browser. They are not transmitted to our servers.

Server logs. Like every website, our hosting infrastructure records standard access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and reliability. These are retained briefly and not used for profiling.

Email. If you contact us, we keep the correspondence to answer you and, if you asked for launch updates, to send them. Unsubscribe at any time by replying.

2. Cookies

The Site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with infrastructure providers that host the Site, bound by their own data-processing agreements.

4. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. Reach us through the contact form and we will respond.

5. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest revision.
