1. Acceptance

By accessing voxaverse.ai (the “Site”), including the embedded live viewer, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. The live viewer

The live viewer runs entirely in your browser. Files you open in it — whether dropped from your device or loaded by URL — are processed locally on your machine and are not uploaded to VoxaVerse. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you load into the viewer.

3. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, the VoxaVerse name and marks, the demo scenes, and the underlying viewer software are the property of VoxaVerse and its licensors. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute the Site’s demo content without written permission. Splat files you export from your own content remain yours.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt to circumvent its security, or use it to distribute unlawful content.

5. Benchmarks and forward-looking statements

Published benchmark figures are measured results at the stated date, hardware, and methodology. Product descriptions marked “coming soon” describe software in active development; features and timelines may change before release.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxaVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
